Welcome to Bardmoor Elementary! I am honored to serve as the principal of this incredible school community. This is my second year at Bardmoor and my tenth year as a principal. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child is empowered to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

 At Bardmoor, we believe in the power of collaboration, innovation, and high expectations. I am proud to work alongside an exceptional team of educators, dedicated families, and amazing students who inspire me every day. Together, we are building a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success.

Assistant Principal Karen Collier

Hello, Bardmoor Bulldogs! I am Karen Collier, and I am so excited to join the team at Bardmoor Elementary as Assistant Principal. I began teaching in Pinellas County Schools in 2009 and have worked in many elementary schools across the district, serving as both a classroom teacher and an instructional coach. I grew up in Pinellas and live in Palm Harbor with my husband and son. I am honored to join this incredible school community as your new assistant principal. My passion is helping every student discover their unique strengths and empowering them to reach their fullest potential. I look forward to partnering with families, staff, and students to make this a year of achievement and joy!
